She was born in Ljubljana in 1951. She graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Ljubljana in 1974, and completed her postgraduate studies in Sculpture in the class of Prof. Drago Tršara in 1976. Since 1976, she has exhibited in more than fifty solo exhibitions and participated in many group exhibitions in Slovenia and abroad. She has participated in many art colonies and workshops. Her works are included in many public and private collections. She is the author of many public sculptures and monuments. She has been awarded many times for her work. She lives and works in Ljubljana.

She took part in the Mediterranean Sculpture Symposium in 2002.
