In 1989 he graduated from the Zagreb Academy of Fine Arts in the sculptural class of prof. Stanko Jančić, and in 1992 he was a guest student at the Staalichen Akademie der Bildenden Kunste in Karlsruhe, Germany. He exhibited in several solo and group exhibitions in the country and abroad and participated in competitions for the construction of monuments to Tino Ujević (1989), Miroslav Krleža (1999) and Većeslav Holjevac (1994), as well as in the work of the Sculptors’ colony in Jakovlje in 1994 and Mediterranean Sculpture Symposium in Labin in 2000.
