The “Dolac” amphitheater is the work of the academic sculptor Josip Diminić, one of the founders of Mediterranean Sculpture Symposium, modeled on Greek amphitheaters. Its construction began in 2001 and lasted until 2003. During the construction, an old limestone was discovered, which serves as a backdrop for the performance of programs, artistic performances, concerts, performances and various events for visitors of the Park.
