He graduated from the Faculty of Education in Rijeka, Department of Fine Arts with an elective course in Sculpture in 1986 (in the class of Prof. Josip Diminić). He has been exhibiting since 1984 and has organized a large number of solo and participated in numerous group exhibitions in Croatia and abroad. He is engaged in painting, sculpture, graphics, drawing, art books, installations, ambiences. He realized several public sculptures. He has won several awards and recognitions. On the occasion of the 25th anniversary of his work in 2012, his monograph by Ivica Župan and Jerica Ziherl was published by the HDLU Istra and Medita, Pula.

He lives and works as an independent artist in Novigrad and Labinci.

He participated in the Mediterranean Sculpture Symposium in 1998.
