Mladen Mikulin, HRV
(Velika Gorica, 1958)
He was born in Velika Gorica in 1958. He earned a degree in sculpture from the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb in 1986, in the class of Prof. Branko Ružić. He works as a professor of sculpture at the Academy of Applied Arts in Rijeka.
He has exhibited in numerous solo and group exhibitions at home and abroad. He is the author of numerous sculptures placed in public spaces in Croatia and abroad, such as the monuments to Cardinal Stepinac in Munich and Melbourne and the monument to Bartol Kašić in Rome. He made a tombstone with the portrait of Jim Morrison in the Paris cemetery of Père-Lachaise in 1981.
He has won numerous awards and recognitions for his work.
He took part in the Mediterranean Sculpture Symposium in 1991.
